Electro-forge Grating
We have been produced electro-forge grating with pride for the first time, based on international standards up to 1200 mm width.
Electro-forge is the most advanced automatic method for grating production. In this method, instead of traditional handmade work, the temperature of the joint point of the bar and band iron reaches to the melting point, and these parts get fused together smoothly. This is done through momentary passing of a 2200 A current and 150 tone hydraulic pressure at the joint point.
Due to minimum human labor, compliance with “DIN24537 & ANSI/NAAMM(MBG531-00)” standard, strength and fitness of the product, the homogeneity of all spaces, and less weight and price compared to manual method, electro-forged grating has clear advantages over the handmade grating

گالوانیزه فرآیندی است که فولاد عاری از اکسید در وان مذاب روی غوطه ور شده و در نتیجه پوشش محافظی از فلز روی تشکیل می شود، این پوشش شامل لایه های آلیاژی است که به مقاومت در مقابل خوردگی فلز پایه کمک می کند. محافظت در مقابل خوردگی فلز پایه به دو شیوه صورت می گیرد یکی محافظت در مقابل هوای اتمسفر و دیگر حفاظت کاتدی فلز روی و دلیل آن الکترونگاتیو بودن فلز روی نسبت به آهن یا فولاد است.
